Code of Conduct Complaint

Neponset Rowing Club will take a report in the way that is most comfortable for the person initiating a report including anonymously (this form) or alternately, in-person, verbal or written (email, note, text etc.) to a member of the Board of Directors.

Anonymous reports may be made by completing this form without including your name (i.e. complainant). It is helpful to Neponset Rowing Club for individuals to provide, at a minimum, (1) the name of the complainant(s); (2) the type of misconduct alleged and (3) the name(s) of the individual(s) alleged to have committed the misconduct.
